As Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Dafna oversees our product team to define the technical requirements and development roadmaps of various products. She also works closely with the CEO to ensure that all products meet the defined objectives.

Prior to her role as Group CTO, Dafna was SPECTRUM’s Head of Engineering and Product, managing the app development team as well as SPECTRUM’s overall IT infrastructure.

Before joining SPECTRUM, Dafna founded Truview – a blockchain solution for the digital marketing industry. She also co-founded Scaled Networks – a startup that pools shift workers, and utilises data and technology to automate the scheduling and shift management process for businesses that utilise such workers across multiple locations.

Whenever she can carve out some time, Dafna enjoys exercising, cycling and globetrotting with family and friends.
