Jeremy Ong is the Executive Director of People Experience Management at Golden Equator. His role focuses on group level activities which include Talent Management, championing the company culture and acting as a Human Resource Strategic Business Partner to the various businesses under the Group.

Jeremy started his career at Standard Chartered Bank, later moving on to Merrill Lynch International Bank and Barclays Capital.

Jeremy also sits on the Board of Campore Group. He was responsible for setting up a local team that operates a retail and distribution business in Cambodia. The company owns exclusive distributorship to brands like Victorinox, The North Face, LOJEL, Hideo Wakamastu, Cabeau and Tactical 5.11 and distributes these products in key retail locations all over Phnom Penh and Siam Reap.
